Christmas is coming!

And I am better :) just a bit of a cought now.

Turned out I had viral croup and Fifths disease. After a trip to the emergency doctor, I was sent home to wear nothing but my shorts so I could get my temperature down. Poor me. I was miserable for a while but I'm better now and I am eating again.

Well, we got a Christmas Tree on Thursday, it's the one I chose, though mom & dad would have liked a bigger one, for some reson I fell in love with this one and now keep insisting I have my photo taken under it. I have pics, mom has to edit one but I will post it soon.

Anyway, it's very late and I have to go. I just wanted you to know I am all ok.

I'm sick.

I'm sick. I have been since Tuesday.

I have a cold and I have "throwed up".



Poor Dylan.

We'll make another entry another day when my poor baby has done something that he wants me to write about, for now he is miserably snivelling in his bed after telling Daddy to turn the country music off because he is feeling mighty crabby today.

Sunday 3rd December

Hi all, thanks for coming again :)

Well, I had a busy day today. I didn't get up at 6am as I was going to, it was raining really hard so mommy decided we weren't going out to the Carboot sale as we usually do and let me sleep in.

Instead I had a lie in and we got up about 8am and played on our computers.

Grandad came over at 11pm and asked if we wanted to go see if the carboot sale was actually on, we drove over but when we got there, none of the sellers had bothered going, so we were going to drive home when mommy remembered it was the Christmas street fair today! Grandad took us there instead and I had a ride on a little truck merry-go-round thing, I loved it, I sat in a train and I rang the bell the whole way round!

We went home and had dinner, and mommy went to sleep on the couch since she isn't very well, and daddy and I went on our computers again, I love my computer, it might be old and slow but I am so good with it, I can navigate around all sorts of places.

At 4:30pm, mommy got up and we put our coats on to go see them turn on the Christmas lights in town. It was really cold but we saw them do it and I went on the same ride again (I went on a motorcycle this time) and mommy bought me a toy light sabre which lights up blue. I love it, I poked everything in the world with it on the way home.

We had soup and sandwiches for tea and then we had a bath. I played in the bath for ages and I put Classic FM on the water radio and listened to that for an hour. Then I put on my Bob The Builder zip up pj's and we went downstairs and had hot chocolate and watched King Of The Hill while mommy dried my hair.

Saturday

Hi there, me again :)

Well I had a good day today, I got up far to early and I hung out watching tele and playing with my cars until I decided it was time to go wake mom and dad up.

We all had a bath and we went in to town to do some shopping. I must have gotten up WAY to early because I only made it as far as Safeways and then I fell asleep, I think she knew I was tired because she made me go in the buggy - which was lucky. Personally, I think it must have been too stressful trying to decide if I wanted new football slippers or new racing car slippers. As it was, they didn't have any in my size so I didn't get any today anyway.

Dinner today was sausages and mashed potato, I like sausages and I ask for them far to often, but if I don't get them when I want them, I refuse to eat anything else. Life's a trip when you're four :)

I played a lot on my computer today and mommy found an old picture of me when I first got it, here I am - aren't I cute?


Anyway, it's late and I am going to bed, see you tomorrow.

This is my blog. I am Dylan and I was four on 22nd November.



Mommy found out that you can put a donation button on my page so we found one, I am looking to buy some books for Christmas and a hot air balloon (I don't think I am going to get this for Christmas) so Mommy put a donation button on my page.

My hobbies are computers, pretending to be a dog called "Mocha", going to nursery and jumping in puddles. I like my computer best, I have an old keyboard and mouse and an old telephone and I have set up an office in my room so I can run my business from there. I don't actually have a business, but at least I have an office set up. I often get out of bed in the middle of the night and pretend I am in my office and type on my keyboard.

My favourite shows are Lazy Town, Go Diego Go, Wonder Pets, Bob The Builer and Fireman Sam. I am a typical innocent four year old, no Super Heros for me yet, I like talking machines and small animals.

I can't write my name yet, but I can identify numbers when I see them. I am going to start school in September, it will be the same school my mommy went to when she was four, I am very excited about going to my mommy school, it places me "In The Grand Scheme Of Things" to know that my parents were little once too.
